Our commitment to child safety
Lush maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any imagery depicting minors in sexual situations
- Grooming behavior or attempts to contact minors
- Solicitation of sexual content involving minors
- Trafficking or exploitation of children
- Any content sexualizing minors in any form
- Sharing, distributing, or possessing CSAM
Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination, preservation of all relevant data, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), local law enforcement, and other relevant authorities.

Report In-App
Use our in-app reporting feature by tapping the three dots on any profile or message and selecting "Report". Choose "Involves a minor" as the reason.
